Warranty

VAT Invoices	The Society of St James, trading as Jamie's Computers, is a UK registered charity. All purchases from the Jamie's Computers donations to the Society of St James. Donations to charity are not VAT-chargeable, as such all VAT Invoices requested will have 0% VAT rate.
Warranty	Warranty periods commence at the time of payment. - All items have a 6 month RTB warranty. - Where we have an appropriate replacement in stock we will issue a replacement item. - If we do not have the item in stock we will issue a refund. - Laptop, phone and tablet batteries are not warrantied.
Returns	Returns must be authorised before shipment to us. - All UK buyers are entitled to exercise their right to return a purchase within 14 days. The buyer will pay for return shipping, and must ensure that the item arrives back with us in the same condition it was sent in. We will not issue a refund for any item which has been modified, or had parts added / removed by the buyer. - Where the item has been deemed faulty, incorrectly listed or damaged in transit Jamie's Computers will pay for return shipping cost. - We will endeavour to replace any faulty item returned to us like-for-like, if we do not have appropriate stock we will refund the buyer.
